Greater Good Health

WEB DEVELOPMENT & UX DIRECTION · HEALTHCARE
OVERVIEW

As Creative Director, I led the UX strategy, UI design, and development of Greater Good Health's digital platform. The goal was to modernize their web presence and create an experience that felt both clinically credible and genuinely human — accessible to older and non-technical users without sacrificing visual sophistication.

I collaborated closely with GGH leadership and external development partners, managing the full production pipeline from research and wireframes through final build and launch.

UX STRATEGY

Tailored and designed for everyday individuals.

From initial research and sketches to final page flows, I designed a user-centered experience that balances clarity, functionality, and ease of use — built specifically for older and non-technical healthcare audiences.

UI DESIGN

Modern. Purposeful.

Human.

The visual system was designed to feel warm and trustworthy without losing clinical credibility. Clean layouts, accessible color contrast, and purposeful typography support both patient engagement and care delivery.

BRAND SYSTEM

A visual language built for trust

The branded system established a consistent visual identity across GGH's digital touchpoints, supporting education outreach and care delivery at scale.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION

I managed external development partners through every phase of the build, translating design intent into technical requirements and ensuring the final product matched the approved UI system.
